We are currently seeking a self-employed Multi Skilled Tradesmen to join our team
Central London and surrounding areas
Temporary to permanent role - 3 to 5 days a week
Salary based on experience
Your role could include:
• Pro active problem solver with maintenance background and great customer service
• Carpentry skills; such as door repairs, dry lining
• Ability to fit locks and carry out repairs
• Plumbing skills; such as basic shower repairs, replacing mixer taps and valves
• Basic electrics such as fault finding, lighting, changing an extractor fan
• General maintenance; such as painting and decorating, plastering, rendering, tiling, grouting and mastic
• General building; such as bricklaying, pointing, erecting a fence
• Basic roofing; repairs
